Wednesday, January 29th - Opening Night Mixer & Reception

This is the wondrous kitchen party; the real reason we've chosen the East Coast to host...just kidding (not really). Here, students and attendees will have the opportunity to network and connect with some other schools while also celebrating the wonder that is Atlantic Canada and some of the culture that comes with that. We encourage you to wear your best East Coast-themed outfit (extra points if it has a lobster on it). There will be some appetizers and light snacks to munch on as well.

Thursday, January 30th - Caucus Chair Events and Dalhousie Laboratory Tour / Grad Program Highlights

Almost all of our caucus chairs have offered to graciously host a meetup/networking opportunity for attendees pertaining to their caucus chairs. We hope to connect students and create relationships through this new featured event. Further information will be sent out regarding details on times and locations.

CNSA has also been collaborating with Dalhousie University to host a tour night. Faculty and instructors will be assisting in the facilitation of an open house tour of our nursing labs featuring high-tech equipment including an introduction to our high-fidelity simulation mannequins. During your time on campus, they hope to showcase the various grad programs that Dalhousie has to offer including RN prescribing, NP, Master of Nursing, etc. Here's where I say the evil word "max capacity" at 45 students, and further registration details will be provided.

Saturday, February 1st - Gala Dinner

As everyone knows, we like to end the conference with a BANG. This translates to the annual gala dinner that ends every national conference after the national assembly. This is the time to dress to impress, we urge you to wear your fanciest outfit that you've squeezed in your carry-on for some celebration.
