The CNSA hosted an unforgettable Virtual Grand Event for the 2024 National Nursing Students Week!
On November 23, 2024, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm CT, nursing students from across Canada came together to explore the limitless possibilities within their profession. The event spotlighted exciting nursing specialties like critical care, pediatrics, rural/remote care, and STARS, alongside engaging educational workshops on palliative care and resume-building. Attendees also participated in a dynamic interactive leadership panel, connecting with trailblazers in the field.
Thanks to the amazing support from the team at UWorld, attendees were thrilled by the announcement of a giveaway of 4 x 90-day UWorld NCLEX memberships, each valued at $250!
Throughout the event, multiple prizes were distributed via live draws, adding an interactive element to the experience. Attendees were required to be present to claim their prizes, ensuring active participation throughout the day.
Prizes Available:
4 x 90-day UWorld NCLEX memberships
2 x $100 awards
2 x $50 FIGS gift cards
2 x $25 Starbucks gift cards
The event featured a keynote leadership panel featuring Tracie Risling, President-Elect of the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA); Linda Silas, President of the Canadian Federation of Nurses Unions (CFNU); and Farah Laurent, International Nurse Coach.
