Diversability Caucus

Meet like-minded individuals who feel passionately about reaching for justice and combatting ableism.

By joining this caucus, you will have the opportunity to discuss the complexities of navigating nursing while living with a disability. Voting members are self-identified and have the freedome to retain as much privacy as they need. This caucus operates primarily from the perspective of the social model of disability: that is to say that disability is not what disables the individual per se, but structures which omit the diversely able are responsible for their alienation. We believe in our rights and we believe in you.
