EVENT DETAILS
The CNSA Diversity Committee is proud to present the 2018 Diversity Conference!

We expect this event to fill up quickly as seats are limited. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to reserve their seats in the main event room.

WHEN
December 1st – All Day Event (8:30am to 6pm). We encourage you to attend the opening ceremonies at 8:30am.

ACCESSIBILITY
This conference is a scent-free event, to protect those who experience headaches, nausea, dizziness, and other harmful impacts due to scents. To create a safer space for those with autism, brain injuries, epilepsy, and other conditions, please refrain from flash photography and clapping. We request that, in lieu of clapping, participants flappause (wave their hands) to show appreciation for speakers.

The Pharmaceutical Sciences Building is accessible by transit and vehicle, with ample parking nearby and a bus stop out front. This is a wheelchair-accessible building. Please contact Amanda Goulding, CNSA Diversity Chair, at diversity@cnsa.ca to reserve a wheelchair-friendly spot, or for inquiries regarding access and special considerations.

COST
Entry is by donation. All proceeds will go to a charity, to be voted on and announced soon. No one turned away for lack of funds.

Virtual attendance by video conferencing will be available free of charge for those unable to attend live. Order your “Virtual Attendance” ticket and we will email you with the information to access it.
